Not currently. Oregon law restricts online cannabis sales. We take orders by phone and text only. It's faster than you'd expect — call us and we'll have you sorted in a few minutes.

We don't have a strict minimum order — our $10 ounce tier is already our baseline. That said, call us to confirm current minimums as they can vary by delivery zone and demand.

Typically 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on your location and how busy we are. We'll give you a specific ETA when you order, and we'll let you know if something changes.

We primarily operate same-day. Call us when you're ready and we'll get you scheduled as quickly as possible. For large or specific orders, calling earlier in the day helps ensure availability.

We deliver across Salem and surrounding communities including Keizer, West Salem, South Salem, and nearby areas. If you're unsure whether you're in our zone, give us a call — we're happy to check.

Monday–Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday 10am to 9pm, Sunday 10am to 8pm. Orders placed close to closing time may not be fulfilled the same day.

Yes. Someone 21+ must be present at the delivery address to receive the order and show valid ID. We cannot leave orders unattended — it's required by Oregon law.

We can deliver to apartments — just give us your unit number and any gate codes when you order. Hotels can be more complicated. Call us and we'll work it out case by case.

Yes. Our packaging is discreet and nondescript. Our drivers arrive professionally and don't draw attention. Your privacy matters to us.

Any valid, government-issued photo ID is accepted: driver's license, state ID, US passport, or military ID. The ID must show you are 21 or older and must not be expired.

We're required by Oregon law to verify age at every delivery. If you can't produce a valid ID showing you're 21+, the driver cannot complete the delivery and will return the product. No exceptions.

The person receiving the delivery must be 21+ and must show their own valid ID. You can't have someone under 21 accept the order on your behalf.

We accept cash and debit cards. We do not accept credit cards — this is due to federal banking restrictions that apply to cannabis businesses across the US, not a choice on our part.

Currently no. Payment is made at the time of delivery in person — cash or debit. Have your payment ready when the driver arrives.

There may be a small processing fee for debit transactions. Cash is always fee-free. We'll tell you the total before the driver leaves, so there are no surprises.

All four tiers ($10, $20, $30, $40 per oz) are legal, OLCC-compliant, and lab-tested. The difference is primarily in cultivar quality, bag appeal, terpene profile, and potency. Our $10 tier is reliable everyday flower; our $40 tier is craft and exotic strains with premium characteristics. Most customers find our $30 tier to be the sweet spot.

Yes — call us and ask what's available. Inventory changes frequently. We'll tell you exactly what we have in each tier and let you choose based on your preference (indica, sativa, hybrid) and desired effects.

Yes, when available. We carry pre-rolls regularly and edibles when supply allows. Ask about current selection when you call to order.

Yes. Every product we carry meets Oregon's mandatory cannabis testing requirements, including potency, pesticides, and microbials. We're OLCC licensed and carry only compliant inventory.

Yes. Oregon legalized recreational cannabis in 2015, and cannabis delivery by licensed retailers is permitted under OLCC regulations. Cannabis On Time is a licensed Oregon retailer operating fully within state law.
